Our products

We sell craft-roasted specialty coffee and thoughtfully made goods. Product images and descriptions are offered in good faith; slight natural variation between batches is part of fresh coffee's character, not a defect.

About our descriptions

Everything we write about our coffee speaks to its flavor, its origin, and the craft behind it. These are not medical or health claims. Our coffee is a food and a drink, made to be enjoyed, not a treatment for any condition.

Halal and ingredients

We share our sourcing and ingredient information in good faith, to help you choose with confidence. Where we describe a coffee as made without alcohol or without animal ingredients, that reflects what our suppliers have confirmed to us.

Pricing and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by one, with our apologies. We may decline or limit orders where fraud is suspected.

Your information

You agree to provide accurate order and shipping information. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy are part of these terms and describe how orders are fulfilled and made right.

Our name and work

Tranquilo Muslim Co.™, our logo, our label artwork, and the words on this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them commercially without written permission. (Sharing for love, reviews, and dawah is always welcome.)

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the store after an update is acceptance of the new terms.
