Shipping Policy

Fresh takes a moment.

Every order is made for you. Nothing at Tranquilo sits on a shelf waiting. When you place your order, your coffee joins the next small roasting batch: craft roasted, ground to your selection, sealed, and sent. It is the opposite of instant, on purpose.

Processing

Orders are typically roasted, packed, and handed to the carrier within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive tracking by email the moment your order is processed. If your tracking shows "pre-shipment," your coffee is being roasted; movement follows shortly.

Delivery

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1 to 5 business days (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, whichever serves your order best). All told, expect your coffee roughly 3 to 10 business days from order to doorstep, arriving right at the peak of its flavor window.

Why we do not offer expedited shipping

Speed-shipping a bag that has not been roasted yet is a promise no one can keep. We would rather be honest: good coffee is made fresh, and fresh takes a moment. It is worth the wait.

Your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders ship to the address provided, and because every bag is custom-made, we cannot redirect an order once it has entered roasting.

International orders

We happily ship worldwide. International transit is slower and tracking can be limited once a package leaves the United States. Please note: customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility, and international shipments cannot be guaranteed or refunded once handed to the carrier. Order with that understanding, and with our gratitude for carrying salaam across borders.

Delivery, theft, and missing packages

Our responsibility, the carrier's, and yours, honestly divided:

• Until your package is scanned "Delivered," it is in the carrier's care, and we will help you follow it.
• Once a package is marked "Delivered" to your address, mailbox, or parcel locker, responsibility passes to you, even if it is later taken. We cannot automatically replace or refund orders stolen after confirmed delivery.
• If tracking says "Delivered" but nothing has arrived: check around your porch, mailbox cluster, and with neighbors; wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early); then contact your local carrier. For theft, you may file a USPS missing-mail or theft report, and consider a police report; some renters' and homeowners' insurance policies cover stolen packages.

If package theft is common in your area, consider shipping to a workplace, a trusted neighbor, a P.O. Box, or a carrier access point.
