Our coffee may be the freshest you've ever had. We roast in small batches only as orders come in, so it reaches you in days, not months.

We source coffee from smallholder farms around the world; each chosen for cup quality and sourced with respect for the farmers and the land of origin. On every single-origin, we share the region, the growers, and the story behind the beans in your cup.

The grind is just how fine or coarse your coffee is, and it should match how you brew, because it changes how quickly the water pulls out the flavor. Pick the one that fits how you make coffee:

Whole Bean. Unground, at its absolute freshest. Choose this if you have a grinder at home and want to grind right before you brew. It is the best-tasting option if you have the tool for it.

Drip (Regular). Our standard grind, a medium texture a bit like sand. Perfect for most home coffee makers, pour-overs, and automatic drip machines. If you are not sure, this is the one to pick.

Coarse. A chunky grind, closer to sea salt. Made for French press, cold brew, and percolators, where the coffee steeps slowly in water.

Espresso. A fine, powdery grind for espresso machines and stovetop Moka pots, where hot water rushes through in just seconds.

Still unsure? Go with Drip (Regular). It works beautifully for the way most people brew at home.

The good news is that coffee is naturally halal. Coffee comes from the coffee plant with many different bean cultivars. Although you may see a bean cultivar named "Bourbon" that is not related to the harmful alcoholic beverage with the same name. It is simply the name of a plant variant in the coffee family. Because our coffee is prepared with freshness in mind, orders are typically processed and shipped within a few business days. In many cases, orders move out quickly once they have been roasted and packed. During high-volume periods, limited-edition launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Most coffee arrives 3-5 business days after shipment. We appreciate your patience with us as we are a small team.

“Peace be upon you" is the meaning behind beloved greetings that have echoed across the Abrahamic traditions for centuries: "As-Salaam Alaikum" in Arabic, "Shalom Aleichem" in Hebrew, and "Peace Be Upon You" / "Peace Be With You" in English. In Spanish, we say "Que La Paz Sea Contigo".
